Had a great experience
Went to get the back and front of my phone repaired. They told me it would take TWO BUSINESS DAYS!!. Went to another place for a different opinion and got it fixed in two hours. How can you expect someone to leave their phone with you for two business days when other places can fix it faster. I understand you may be busy but I was told that replacing the back was a very long and hard process which was a straight up lie.
My family have had wonderful care and service in our purchasing and support with Wireless Plus. I recommend many to drop in and get advice and help when they need help with a phone or technology.
Great customer service! Was able to repair my phone in a very fast amount of time at a very reasonable price.
