They found me the model I was looking for, helped me with adding a SIM Card and connecting to our Fido Family Plan and ensured I was all set up and ready to go for my girls big day. Called them ahead of time to double check they had the phone in stock, drove an hour out and once I arrived they wouldn't let me buy the phone unless I signed up for their plan.
