I literally have never had a bad business encounter in my 13 years in Missoula, until now. My experience at the Missoula WIPFLI was awful. I was given bad advice that cost me thousands of dollars, I received zero communication from my accountant once her mistake came to light, and I was slapped with a grossly inflated tax preparation bill with no breakdown of charges or explanation for the large amount owed.
