Unknown, uncategorized charges, we had a hard couple years and got on a payment plan for the money we owed for tax preparations only to get charged just as much in monthly interest as the price we pay per month. Invoices with no itemization. We never signed anything about the interest we are getting hit with. We literally don’t even know what we are paying for. Communication is lacking, late filings and no updates. Predatory stay away! Would leave no stars if I could.
Terrible to work with. They are never willing to assist me or call me back. The receptionist and accountants are very rude. Would not recommend.
Fred Goodworth CPA, has provided stellar service and expert advice. I have used his services for a 501c3 organization for the past several years and he has done everything needed and more than required. Highest recommendation. 5 star service for sure.
