We've been sending our 3 year old son here since February. We were initially skeptical with how he'd handle the transition to his second daycare, but the caring teachers and staff made him feel quickly at home. He loves it! All of his teachers have been great: Ms. Lydia, Ms. Luna, and Ms. MJ in particular. After being at Winwood lansdowne for 3 yrs, I recently took both of my kids out. We have been so unhappy there these last few months since the management changed and Ms. Nikki and Ms. Ashley took over. Multiple incidents happened to my kids which they were dishonest about, and the teacher turn over is ridiculous. My younger daughter’s class had over 5 different teachers within a 2 month period which caused her to regress significantly and I noticed multiple tantrums and behavior issues in both of my girls. Director Nickey and Ashley is not good choice of the management The behavior of both were very unpleasing and to complete the ratio of their classes, sometimes she used to send my daughter to toddlers class and sometimes to another class and the environment there is also very stressful , I took my daughter out of there immediately.

The New Director Nicky at this school is not fit for the new position. I recently removed my daughter from winwood because they take no pride in their job. They also aren’t very honest. Think twice before putting your babies in this type of environment. This is not a safe environment for any child!
