Would not recommend going through them! The worst mortgage company ever don’t want to offer you assistance! Brush you off as if you don’t matter. Ask for an forbearance plan which on their website it say they offer they tell you they don’t offer it! Don’t waste your time with them. Everyone hits rock bottom at a time and to be told you have no options after you’ve put all your money into a home sucks!
