I’ve had more than one disappointing experience with Mi K. Balderas, the branch manager. During my most recent visit, she was passive-aggressive, condescending, and questioned my personal decisions in a way that felt unnecessary and inappropriate. Not sure what the issue was today, i normally never have issues here but today the teller was very visibly rude and annoyed with me for asking for quarters? It was like my presence in the bank itself was irritating as she asked me “do you even have an account here?” It’s a local community bank, filled with blue collar workers. I need quarters to do my laundry. I don’t understand the hostility but I want to make it clear that I saw it and did not appreciate it.

Only functioning ATM I could find for miles on a Sunday after stopping at Bank of America and another bank down the street.

This atm in the drive thru has not accepted cash deposits in MONTHS. this service was advertised to me when i signed up for this account. I do not appreciate there being no interest in repairing this machine or installing a new one. The next closest one is 5 miles away. Editing to say it's been 9 months since writing this review and the cash deposit at the atm still does not work
