I used to be very satisfied with your bank’s services, but over the past couple of months, I’ve noticed a significant decline. The service has become extremely slow, which has been quite frustrating. Additionally, the design of the drive-through is problematic. It’s so tight that I ended up damaging my tires and rims.
Overall a great experience. Everyone is friendly and greets you as you come in the bank. Jasmin was extremely helpful and referred a savings account for my son and even took her time to run the coin he brought in with him. Will continue going to the sauganash location.
