Don’t use their drive thru ATM! The design is terrible… it’s just too difficult to make that left, 90-degree turn into that narrow lane. Especially if you have a bigger car, you risk damaging it on the guard pillars (bollards… weird word). Don’t say I didn’t warn you! Otherwise, it’s a good bank.
I go to the bank and I'm told to sit and wait for the banker. I wait for 20 minutes and the banker shows up and takes me to his desk. I tell him I lost my wallet and need a new card. He asks me questions to get me my new card, but then gets a phone call and starts talking to his buddy about his buddy's life and his buddy's girlfriend and his buddy's plans and vacation. I used to be very satisfied with your bank’s services, but over the past couple of months, I’ve noticed a significant decline. The service has become extremely slow, which has been quite frustrating. Additionally, the design of the drive-through is problematic. It’s so tight that I ended up damaging my tires and rims.
Overall a great experience. Everyone is friendly and greets you as you come in the bank. Jasmin was extremely helpful and referred a savings account for my son and even took her time to run the coin he brought in with him. Will continue going to the sauganash location.
