I cashed a check. Very friendly and likeable teller. Fast and efficient. The corner location was a little difficult to navigate and I guess in heavy traffic that is the case at many locations

Amazing bank and incredible customer service- really wish though that they would turn their blinking lights off at night and dim their sign/security lights- that would be much appreciated!

Whoever the gentleman with the beard is who works here has the worst attitude. Every time I’ve dealt with him he is clearly so upset that you’ve asked something of him. Today I asked him to count my cash and he wanted nothing to do with it, didn’t even know how to work the machine, and told me the wrong amount. I asked to count it myself again and he told me to go into the conference room. After when I came back he didn’t even get up from his desk to finish our transaction. 2/27/25 GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE: I've been a Wintrust bank customer for several years. While I appreciate the polite and professional service provided by all the tellers, Relationship banker Chase Vahnderbuilt's service at this location is exceptional. His patience and willingness to resolve any issues truly demonstrate his commitment to customer care. He's polite and courteous, such as going out of his way to notify me when my refund was processed. On another note, my husband and I were overcharged by a particular company. (... read more
