I came into Wintrust and had the pleasure of working with the banker Kyle Lamberty. He was very professional and very forthcoming dealing with banks could sometimes be a daunting task, but not this time highly recommend anybody that goes into this location. Ask for Kyle.

Came to open a checking/saving accounts. Waited for banker. No banker at all. 3 people ahead of me. Left after waiting 20 minutes for banker. Opened accounts at Chase Bank.
My husband had an account at this particular bank … he kept telling me how much he liked the agents who worked there. Today I went in with his death certificate to close his account … the banker I spoke to seemed annoyed with me as I was NOT on the account. She didn’t even offer me condolences of loosing my husband (only a month ago) just here you go … a check with the balance left in the account …. My experience today is a 1-star …. Possible my husband would have given more. But it too late for that
I have been a customer of this bank for many years, and currently continues but I think about changing in the future, the manager of this bank is a very good person, excellent person Mr. Jerry K. who gives wonderful service to his customers, the previous subordinate staff was wonderful, the attention was first class, but currently the service has declined, the behavior of some workers is negative towards customers, the complaint is against Mrs. Ana Leiva one of the people who works in the PERSONAL BANKER position, on occasio... read more
