I visited the bank today. My banker was not at all interested in talking to me. Neither did she have a welcome gesture. Very bad. sunny cherian
As a Bank Manager myself what a terrible experience going into this branch. They had 3 people waiting for bankers and I was one of them. Only had one banker working while the Branch Manager and Assistant were talking in an office. The manager left for lunch knowing he had people waiting. I would never do that and the teller had to tell the male assistant that there was people waiting. Came here to exchange bills for coins , and the heavier female teller was rude and didn’t even bother to smile . Shoved the coins at me and turned away as if I was bothering her. Smh
This bank is beyond useless. They will not call you back for days (if you’re lucky they even call you back) they will call you back acting like they are doing you a favor and have an inconvenienced attitude. The people that fields the calls are completely useless. They say they are short staffed, busy and make every excuse up. There are several local banks in the area that I am moving my business accounts to that don’t do this.
