I came to this location because the other two wintrust branches' coin counting machines were broken. Every person, from tellers to personal bankers were so friendly. I enjoyed coming here and will return next time im in the city.
I walked in here to have my middle name removed or changed to initial from my account and I was told that this was a name change. No it is not, received terrible customer service even the manager came out and pretty much said I can't help you cause I have a meeting just to get rid of me. Tell me why I then had to leave this location I was instructed to do a legal name change to go to change my ID ha! and then I had to go visit another location to get this taken care of because no one knew what they were doing or did not care... read more
