Everyone was very friendly, efficient, and helpful.
I opened my account a month ago with Mayra, my excellent personal banker. She patiently answered all my questions (twice!), as I have some slightly more complex than usual banking needs. More recently, I purchased one of the bank's products, opening a Certificate of Deposit. I spoke with Orlando the branch manager at this location. He was amazing. He understood the problem and worked with my bank to correct the situation . He literally saved my life had it not been for him I would not have been able to buy my insulin. Thank you Orlando. I will definitely be opening an account with your branch soon
Decided to stop at this bank to apply for a everyday loan that I was told should only take 2 to 3 business days but They made me wait almost 3 weeks to Deny me., which I don’t have a problem with, but I don’t understand why it took that long to inform me of this. Don’t give me wrong. The staff is very professional. I just don’t understand why it took this long to do that.
