At Wintrust Bank - Rogers Park, Ana Popoca, a relationship banker, is fantastic. I almiost left Wintrust, NOT because of Ana. I stayed, BECAUSE of Ana. I had a problem, and Ana efficiently, helpfully, and very friendly fixed it. I was so frustrated I was ready to leave. Ana explained what had happened (I didn't use my full name - first, middle, and last - on a check I had written, and they bounced it. Insulting older ladies that work at this location!! Mina and Anna are 2 of the rudest and most insulting women (and I use that term loosely) I have ever met! They should never be let near any customers that you expect to keep. Mina is very loud for such a small person. The only good thing about this branch is Julio. He is what customer service looks like. Mina and Anna: Take a lesson from Julio in respect and graciousness. He should be in charge. Not you. He is the ONLY reason I gave 2 stars. Shape up, you two!!
I have been at the Rogers Park location in Chicago and witnessed the ginuwine care this branch has for its clients & customers. They are very attentive to customers needs and have a friendly yet professional relationship with everyone they service.
