Never dealt with a bank that lack this much transparency. Never received a letter in the mail stating how long my funds will be held, when will the funds be released or anything. I have opened several bank accounts and very familiar with the process. The branch has froze the account and refuses to do the investigation on their own. Never called me back to follow up on progress. Expect for me to take time from my day to do something one bank can do or solve.
