Forcing people to start an account with your bank just to get quarters for laundry, especially after you saw me withdraw the money from your ATM - like what? Just making shit harder for people for no good reason.

I have banked with Wintrust since 2018, I have had repeated customer service issues always with the same personal banker on three occasion she has asked unrelated questions interruptions, singing while talking on the phone, so unprofessional Simple matters took days instead of hours most recently I needed proof of HOA payment she promised to get right back to me, after waiting three days and six phone calls causing late fees I still don't have an answer! this is an honest feedback not personal long-term customers should expe... read more
You can’t use their atm only during business hours. Then what’s the point of the card reader right outside the door that you’re supposed to swipe? Terrible bank
