I was trying to use the ATM at this bank, even though I bank with a different institution. The door to the ATM area was probably malfunctioning, and I think the card reader that allows customers to enter the ATM area was not working properly. One of the bank employees was there before his shift started, and when he saw that I was having trouble getting inside, he asked if I needed to access the ATM and offered to get the key to let me in. I’ve been needing to go to the bank a lot for my new job, and Omar has been there every time and been super amazingly helpful in getting me what I need. 10/10!
I have to say I’ve had the best experience from this branch. They are kind and very friendly. The tellers Klarisa & Omar and the rest of their team are the best and make everyday the pleasant. I feel so comfortable with these guys I wouldn’t ask for a better crew. Keep up the good work guys.
