Service was good. Love the No fees at any ATM when you sign up for one of the checking accounts. Love the different debit cards. I had chosen the one with the Chicago theme on the card. Place was clean and the restrooms were immaculate. The personal banker was nice and friendly. Four stars because my checks went missing and they never got to the bank like I asked and there just gone!!!
I have been with Wintrust-Delaware bank for many years. I find that no matter who you see at the bank, they are very helpful and kind. A customer is treated more like a friend.
