Recently Banker Abigail assisted me with tracking down a missing payment. Should was knowledgeable, patient and very kind. I will be spreading the word regarding the excellent service I continually receive from the Wintrust employees. My usual teller is Yolanda and she helps me every time I visit. I receive Excellent customer service every time from all the employees that have helped me.
LOVE this bank and the wonderful staff! Gabriela And her team always go out of their way to support and help individuals and businesses. They know your name when you come in! I love Wintrust Bank but I have a slight memory lost n I lost my cards a few times then they locked my card for a dispute accusing me of drug fraud from using my card for transactions for bills, cash app, n of course shopping so they close my bank account but I'm ok with it because I opened another account but I just feel like they could have talk to me to see what's going on before closing it. I DON'T RECOMMEND YOU TO USE WINTRUST BANK IF YOU HAVE OTHERS IN MIND.
