Whilst I understand that Wintringham is a not-for-profit organisation committed to supporting vulnerable members of the community, I am concerned about the apparent lack of duty of care in relation to tenant safety outside the facility. On two separate occasions, elderly tenants from the Avondale Heights site have wandered into my garage and approached me in the street in a distressed state, appearing unsure of where they were or how to return to the facility.
