Asked Case Manger repeadly for OT Assist to pick up, equipment. Dad was having falls. A metal equiptment to pick up was never supplied. Simple not expensive. He was a client for 10 years. 2 Case Managers never gave equipment. If equipment given it would have prevent most falls. After 3 years asking extra time for clothes from laundry to dad. A nurse repeadly directly and many phone calls. Finally after Case Manager saide it was carers responsibilty. She gave extra 15 minitues for clothes retrive laundry. Winteringham not for... read more
