Great service - needed a bench for a table set and they didn’t have it in stock - with a 12 week pre order. They proactively came up with an alternative (not from the same set) that entirely met my needs. Delivered and installed so quickly. Now just need to clean and sand the existing set to match the new teak. Lovely people and great quality products. (I see the last comment re mould etc and have had no issues with mine at all.)
We bought outdoor dinning set we also thought we pay for quality. After one year all metal legs start rusting and the table wooden top get dark mouldy even though furniture are undercover. When we went back to the store and spoke to the customer service he said there is nothing to do about it and we need to purchase new set. We are not happy
Top quality furniture and great service. I bought my first table and chairs from Wintons Teak three years ago and still completely satisfied. Went on to buy several other pieces of furniture from them. Highly recommended
We ordered a custom made bookshelf and built-in desk (see photo). Anton designed it based a rough drawing we gave him. It had been built overseas and shipped in pieces. Wahyu and team assembled it. The final product exceeded our expectations. It is solid, looks great and fitted into the odd shape perfectly. A great company to engage with, friendly, efficient, and very competent. The delivery was late, but it was worth waiting for. We highly recommend them.
