I worked with Winthrop to lease heavy equipment for my company. It is a good system, we were able to get equipment we never would have been able to afford otherwise. There werent really a lot of alternatives for us at the time, we werent in a position where we wanted to take out a large loan to buy the equipment so I dont really have anything to compare Winthrop to. They are pleasant people to work with and we get what we need so I wouldnt really have a reason to change anyway.
My company worked with Brad Swenson at Winthrop Resources to get some leasing complete before the end of the year. I was really surprised that they were able to get the underwriting and closure done but they pulled it off. Kudos to Brad and his healthcare team!
