Horrible communication as if they dont even care. Years ago they were great service, but not the service is just really unwilling to communicate and give you helpful service. Years ago they were much better communicating and actually talking to their clients. Now its like they dont even care
Don’t work with customers- no reasonable service on loans - harassment by mail and phone for nothing. Never will go with Charlie’s or this bank ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
