This school has tremendous potential, but its leadership has had a significant impact—largely in a negative way. There appears to be a disconnect between the principal and the staff, making communication and resolution difficult. this school absolutely SUCKS!! do not put your kids in here. The kids here are bad the 8th graders are the worst those kids are bullies

This educational establishment is remarkable. They equip students with the necessary skills for success. My husband and I relocated from Raleigh, NC; the principal made our transition smooth. My daughters have shown considerable enhancement.

I worked at winterville charter for 2 years. I really liked the school when I first meet the students. A few weeks later I saw the lack of organization, the individual attention with Dean and certain teachers, the lack of discipline for some students. Bad place to work and not a good environment for kids.
