I’ve been using Tim for 4-5 years now and he’s the best around. You won’t find a better guy in the tax field that is great at his job and as friendly as him. He takes the time to get to know his clients and always explains any new changes in tax laws. I have referred multiple people to him over the last few years and he has always taken great care of them as well.

I had an appointment today to discuss Winters helping me with my brothers taxes. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time and Tim did not show so I left. I did not get a call today to explain or apologize. Very unprofessional and would not recommend.

I would give 0 stars if this was an option. After dropping off my tax data to the office in early February 2024, my taxes were not completed until mid-August. Once completed, they were incorrect and had to be taken to another accountant as this office would not return any calls left at the office or on the owner's cell phone. They would also not respond to emails. Highly do NOT recommend!

I was recommended by a colleague to use Winters Tax and Consulting to complete my 2023 return. I provided all documentation to support tax prep to the Winter's staff on March 6. When I dropped off my documents, I was told my taxes would be complete in 10 to 14 days. On March 29, I called the office to request a status update but had to leave a message. I would only recommend if you have no desire to actually receive your refund checks. Filed with them April of 2023 and still have yet to receive my federal refund. There is no communication from their office about status updates. I had to continuously call to check in and Tim was “not there” to answer our questions. Taxes were finally submitted in December of 2023 and since the IRS shuts down, we had to wait until January to get any updates.
