He got good hearing aids for my mom but.... it was so smokey (cigarettes) it was truly awful. Instead of a ,"welcome to our business " it was , " she needs an oxygen concentrator." I am well aware of my mother's medical needs. Thank you.
Chuck Winters and his wife, in particular are nice folks . Sharon is an incitefull woman. That said, Chuck did what he could to to improve my husband's hearing. How he could miss the fact that my husband had purchased TWO LEFT EAR hearing aids, and one of them was unfuntional is beyond me. And I do mean one of them was completely not working.
