The furniture towels, linens, and spaces where you get treatments are extremely uncomfortable and outdated (compared to the unused, lavish common spaces). I looked forward to the end of my foot soak, so I wouldn't have to keep sitting in this rickety hard old chair. I was offered a cup of lukewarm tap water in an old mug which also didn't enhance the experience, and the room was very cold. Pretty disappointing

I love this spa. Everything inside their cozy building looks like Home. From their staff to their location and building. I do have peaceful times anytime I have a therapy. "If you are in body pain and you are desperate for cure. Search for Elif. She is an angel with the miracle healing hands. She took away a pain I was carrying for over 20 years. Thousands of blessings to her"
Sarah Bradbury is amazing with both her expertise and level of service. She educates while providing excellent service too. I highly recommend Sarah for great self care.
Over half the time I get cancelled at the last minute. This morning it was 1 hour before my appointment time. Very unreliable. Despite the dozen emails and text messages in advance, I should have known. Beware…and never count on them.
