I would not recommend this place to anyone. My friend was here 5 month and passed away. She was very depressed. Staff turn over is high, lack of communication was high between staff and family. The nurse manager did not even know my friend was under hospice care. They did not return calls to my friends sister who lived out of state. I had to say something then she received a return call. I could go on and on but lets just say, I would not send my love one to this place.
Can't believe they are called Skilled Nursing. They don't like people that can speak their minds.
I don't eve know where to start ZERO stars is more appropriate. DO NOT send your loved ones here, they will be mistreated if they have any level of cognitive disability. The bathroom has black mold the bedding isn't cleaned when needed. My father was left in shorts or no pants at all when it was 45 degrees outside with no heater on in the room. When we transferred my father to a new facility very he was sent in clothes that didn't belong to him with holes all over them. We got less than 1/3 of his actual belongings even thou... read more
People come here and see a 30+ year old building. It had been neglected until 2 years ago.The rooms are cleaned everyday. But people constantly make messes, and break things too. Some peoples beds need to be changed 3 times a day, being bed rides.could you do it? I have been an employee at the facility for over a year. These places go through alot of employees. My sister was there for three months and the therapy staff is EXCELLENT. We loved the nurses and especially the staff. So nice and helpful.
