Bought here in 2022 and although we aren’t full time yet, we truly enjoy out home and the community. Small town feeling with people from many states and Canada. Friendly atmosphere with many activities. Very well maintained. Looking forward to being a full time snow bird in 2027!
Very nice, very clean community, nice roads and friendly residents.
I live here. If you drive in for a look, you can see that there are a variety of well kept homes. Frankly, I love my neighbors! They are friendly, respectful, helpful, and caring. This is one of the older established gated communities in the Winter Haven area, and our homes are not squished together as they are in the newer developments. I enjoy quite and privacy. We are not a big sprawling place but we have two pools and two clubhouses.
I went into contract to buy a mobile home in Winter Haven Oaks Community. It was extremely difficult to obtain financing for the home because it is on leased land and most lenders do not extend loans for homes on leased land - but I was able to secure a loan with Triad Financial. I provided all of the requested information, obtained an approval, and even went as far as executing the Closing Docs for the purchase.
