This was our fifth home that we have purchased over the years, and dealing with Brandt was by far the easiest mortgage process we have ever had. We were preapproved within minutes of our initial phone call and he had us cleared to close more than a week before the closing date….no last minute phone calls for additional documents which seem to be the norm with other mortgage companies.
