The techniques that Kellie has introduced me to really help train my mind to calm down my anxious over-active brain.
Highly recommend! Kellie helped me overcome my very adverse reaction to needles and having blood drawn. Prior to hypnosis, I couldn't have blood drawn without backing out, sweating and anxiety. I just had my blood drawn this past week with none of those . Not sure how it works completely, but it works! You can tell Kellie is passionate about what she does.
I had a wonderful experience with Kellie at WG Hypnosis and would certainly recommend anyone to visit with her and try hypnotherapy!
