I had an appointment and simply found it terrible. I didn't feel comfortable at any moment. Frank asked me to change my shorts, insisted on keeping mine, and during the massage, he lowered and raised my shorts for the massage, which felt completely disconnected. I didn't feel any better, my back still hurts,I do not recommend this place for going alone. The place doesn't seem safe, and he doesn't even trim the nails, simply terrible.
