Terrible customer service. Winston Furniture will not return phone calls or answer emails. Will never purchase from them again.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! The rocker assembly on an old rocking chair broke so they sent a replacement for $200 in October 2023. The part did not include the two replacement washers and Winston cannot figure out which washer I need, even after sending the attached picture! Worse yet, the retail customer service number is rarely answered. The call normally goes to voice mail with no return call.
