Very disorganized as a whole. Unable to provide specific required information to complete benefits enrollment. The messaging and emails they do provide are inaccurate, incomplete, and misleading. I was on hold for 46min before speaking with someone who had no idea how to help with any of these issues. They send a notice of required docs 3 days before the deadline and provide incorrect information as to what is required and how to submit those docs. Yeah, I agree with all the 1 stars. This company blows hotdog chunks. They stole major money from me and I never want to work with them again, almost took my own child from me. Worst experience ever, I would never recommend it to anyone. They know how to make things so difficult and never seem to be happy with anything, then screw you over in the long run.. Who does that? Unbelievable to say the least, I hate hate hate this company of the headache they are to work with.
I worked with this company briefly through a temp agency Robert Half. I expected to do this temp job alongside my full-time job to make extra money through the holidays. The recruiter who hired me was very optimistic and made the job seem like it was super easy, and he was looking to hire quickly. As the days came to start there was inconsistent communication and each person didn't really have answers for me as far as pay, hours, and what our training consisted of.
