Yeah, I agree with all the 1 stars. This company blows hotdog chunks. They stole major money from me and I never want to work with them again, almost took my own child from me. Worst experience ever, I would never recommend it to anyone. They know how to make things so difficult and never seem to be happy with anything, then screw you over in the long run.. Who does that? Unbelievable to say the least, I hate hate hate this company of the headache they are to work with.
I worked with this company briefly through a temp agency Robert Half. I expected to do this temp job alongside my full-time job to make extra money through the holidays. The recruiter who hired me was very optimistic and made the job seem like it was super easy, and he was looking to hire quickly. As the days came to start there was inconsistent communication and each person didn't really have answers for me as far as pay, hours, and what our training consisted of. Yes I just got off the phone with the Very Unprofessional Customer Service! They lost my information the first time I called 11/07said I called to early for Enrollment! Who knew NOT ME as I was giving ALL my information to them. A week later I get a call saying I have to submit my information Again because they had a blackout STILL NOT MY FAULT!
