For me, it's always a good experience. It seems I never have to wait no matter what business I'm there for to take care of. The other day, I was there to get tags for my truck. I was in and out in 10 minutes or less. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff also. And with that, I'd just like to end with a big thank you to the awesome staff at the Winston County Tax Assessor.

If I could give negative stars I would. My car renewal has been tied up with them for over 3 months due to them sending a letter to the wrong bank to request a title transfer from NC to Ms. not once but twice!!! After providing the same exact document 3 times! It took calling the state office to get them to send it to the correct lender. Due to this offices incompetency, we still haven’t received our renewed registration.
