The product came quickly and it was easy to communicate with company but quality of items was not what I was hoping for. The faux fur was very cheap.
Scam artists! Didn't ship the item on time and refused a refund. I will not buy from here again.
You're very poor customer service
Do not do business with this company!!! I returned three items in the same package three weeks ago and they have only refunded me for one item. When I call customer service, they said that they refund the items one at a time which I found ridiculous and that I needed to wait another 3 to 5 days to get my refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they did not get a supervisor on the line as requested. I am so angry right now.
