I can’t recommend Winstan Lawyers highly enough. Kevin has been incredibly dedicated and professional throughout my matter. From the beginning, he took the time to really understand my situation and explain everything clearly, which made a stressful process much easier to manage. Kevin was always responsive, thorough, and genuinely cared about getting the best outcome. His attention to detail and calm, practical approach gave me a lot of confidence, and it was clear he always had my best interests at heart.
Khoa is proving to be unprofessional and in breach of his ethical responsibilities as a lawyer and professional conduct rules. Despite being paid in full, he is failing to deliver on his responsibilities, resulting in significant delays with the divorce settlements. Court has approved the settlements in March this year.
