I have one of the tray’s broken. Try to call, fax number. Customer service, no page found. It’s too heavy to return the whole set. I love the tv trays, would a replacement for the one t tray .
Best customer service experience I've had in years. My product was damaged by movers, and Winsome Woods sent replacement parts, no questions asked. Next time I'm looking to buy wood furniture, I'll be looking at Winsome first!
I would give a minus star if I could. Purchased a folding bed tray from Amazon but didn't use it. When I finally did the tray collapsed on one side making everything on the tray slide off. I called Winsome & spoke to customer service asking if they knew of a fix or if they had a part to modify the tray. The customer service guy wanted my name address phone # email when I bought it etc. He then proceeded to ask me to scan a copy of my receipt & send it to him.
