My father was admitted to the hospital and diagnosed with metastasized cancer to the brain and had limited time left and was unable to live by himself anymore. He was assessed appropriate for a place like Winslowe Ridge and moved there and we were initially very excited. We thought it was going to be a great place for him to live out the rest of his life comfortably with someone checking his blood sugar and helping with his insulin.
