Extremely poor service if you're buying on a "budget". I visited his store over 5 times before making my purchase. He was very "uncommitted" in helping me make an informed decision. When I asked a question, his standard answer was,"I don't know." Doesn't say much for a gun dealer. I finally purchased a "cheap" Spanish made .22 pistol. The problem was I had no place to test fire it, legally, and I assumed it worked properly since I bought it from a gun dealer. I have done business with this Gun shop many many times. I would not go anywhere else. Carl is knowledgable, friendly and always looking to help out his customers. I've never had anything but positive experiences. Highly recommend.
This dealer has incredibly poor communication skills and very little respect for his customers. He is rude and basically just wants you to spend your money but there is no service after the sale, especially if there is a legitimate problem with the purchase. I will NEVER set foot in this business again and will purposefully go out of my way to patronize his competitors in the future. Hopefully, you never have to do an FFL transfer with them. Nonexistent communication, followed by refusal to contact receiving FFL. They have no problems emailing anyone else, but refuse to contact AT ALL the designated party. Follow up with no customer info in the carton. Would not recommend.
