My friend was in here for three months the care he got was terrible. He was left in wet clothes because they would not take him to the toilet never had a shower till we prompted them. His room furniture falling apart. the left hand didn't no what the right hand was doing.i could go on forever his depression soon set in . I was the one who told them he needed to see a doctor.it was everything. Food etc. we took him food in he was always starving.
Would like to thank the staff of Winsford Grange care home for looking after my sister Eileen,while suffering from dementia and cancer They were magnificent in there quality of care and kindness towards her in her last days Thank you
I have just taken my wife to stay there. After going to her room I was discussed with the condition of the place. The draws in her room were falling to pieces tea and coffee all up the walls. I walked out. I would let my dog live there. It is totally run down

Particular thanks to Mrs Gwen Beswick and her staff who provided comfort and respect, and allowed him to keep his dignity throughout that time. It was evident that you truly cared about him as an individual.
