My 11 year old went in for a flat tire repair and Dan went above and beyond to care for him. First off with a warm welcome to the community, patience with my son, reasonable rates, and honest communication. He also was able to get us in right away on a late Friday afternoon. My child waited for the repair and the environment felt incredibly safe for him to do so. We just moved here and I was very excited to have a nice local shop like our previous community. An added bonus, Dan told us about the winooski block party.

Winooski Wheels/Dan is awesome. Unfortunately, I was not able to actually buy my bike from him because he didn't have my size in stock. But he redirected me to another shop that DID have my size, he helped me figure out exactly what I wanted, and did a fair amount of bike education in the process!! Dan is a really genuine guy who cares a lot about making sure you are truly happy with your bike and not just trying to force a sale. Absolutely awesome guy and shop. I would absolutely be back here again!
