Good product, shipping, and the people on the phone were very helpful, however, the throat latch broke on my Prestige bridle, and after months of them very kindly trying to resolve the issue, now I get no response. The issue was never resolved, and I don't hear anything more no matter how many emails I've sent.
Friendly staff and a great selection. Always willing to go the extra mile with the hard to find and custom stuff.
