Went out of their way to get a pair of jeans in the xl size I needed, for less than the big store in town
i know the winnicks boys and the sales lady Named kathy , they are very nice people and stand behind what they sell , they are always nice and friendly , and the dogs are nice also , there has never been any problems up there and i have been shopping nther for about 15 to 20 years , never had any problems , i will never go anywhere else to get my stuff , thanks nancy
I don't share your concern – This is my place to go for big sizes. They have what I need, they pick out what they offer, and have special ordered for me a few times over time. I know the owner and it is not Scott Winnick. To say these things about him is just wrong. He's cheerful and ready to help. Yes, he has two dogs on site but they are no problem. Most I've been lied to in years. – I have never been so annoyed with a clothing store, like I have been with this one. I ordered an item, and they promised it would be kept on hold until I could pay for it. (5 days after it got there, at most.) Instead, I get a call on the day it gets there. "YOU NEED TO COME IN NOW, AND PAY FOR IT, OR WE ARE GIVING IT AWAY." I get into the store, and am told that there is no other buying, they will hold it for 2 days. I tell them I need at least 4. No Customer Service-Abusive Employees – I was trying to return an item and didn't realize the "return" policy is limited to 14 days. The employees were NOT helpful in working with us and became downright abusive with me and my children. I will NEVER go back and would not recommend anyone else purchasing from them. This site wouldn't let me rate any lower than a 1 star.
