Friendly, efficient…not a place you need to go often but when you do they make it a pleasure.
ALWAYS polite, helpful, well informed and clear communication. I prefer this county treasurer over every other one in the area.
I've been coming to this office since 2014 and the staff have all very kind, helpful and fast! I don't believe I've ever waited more than a couple minutes to be helped. Whenever I've had questions, they've had answers. I don't understand why there are negative reviews! I think these people are always crying about something because at the Winneshiek County Treasures office you are greeted and treated kindly and they are fast and efficient!
It took me four weeks to get a vision report and then get an appointment to renew my license. They were not helpful.
In-person visit on a Friday mid-afternoon recently to register a used truck I purchased. The team were very personable and efficient. With my new title, registration and 'Pheasants' license plate I was in-and-out in less than 10mins.
