After calling Winner Furniture on December 28, 2021 to verify that they had a Catnapper leather loveseat set, new, in stock that we had seen elsewhere. Their employee who goes by "Hey You" verified on the phone that they did indeed have the set in stock for delivery. This was the store that was located on New Cut Road, which was closed within a month. Buyer beware. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE.. Save yourself the headache. We purchased a bedroom suit (bed, dresser/mirror, chest, and two nightstands) from the Preston Hwy store in July 2021. We purchased from a guy named Mike. He told us they had all but the nightstands in stock. After we paid our cash money he stated they did not have it in stock and it must have gotten sold. I purchased a dinnette set about about mid Dec. 2020. It was delivered in Mid Feb. 2021. It was suppose to be gray but it turned out to be a dark olive green.. I talked to Lincoln at the Vally station store who helped me to get another dinette set. It was delivered 25 Feb. Nice set but I think the wrong screws because so far 3 have fell out and i tried to screw them back but they seems striped. Buyer beware. Purchased a couch and loveseat from the Fern Creek store on September 12, 2020. Was told it would take 6 weeks for delivery. Ever since then, we've been given false dates, timeline moved up and then back, and told we would be contacted by Jeremy the Vice President. The only thing that has been 6 weeks is no one contacting us back. I used to sing high praises about this company, but I will not anymore. The lack of communication and way they handle their customers concerns is awful. I purchased my child's furniture all the way back in August. August came and went there was no communication between Winner and myself. So I called just to do a courtesy phone call. I was warned when purchasing my child's furniture that there might be some delays with shipping. I was completely understanding of it.
