@emily neumann was incredibly helpful and was able to help us completely. Even moved her schedule around to help us open our checking account and helped our kids get piggy banks
Very friendly staff, & they usually had some sort of treat for customers.
This used to be a hometown credit union. Today's experience with WCCU has changed my perception. Our child had a bank account set up by her grandmother, as a gift. Her grandmother has been a customer of the bank since the 70s and has trust in them. In fact she set up accounts for all of her grandchildren. Today my daughter found out they have been taking 15 dollars a month because of inactivity. This had dwindled the account down to nill. This establishment is why many people hide their money under their mattress instead of putting in a bank. I had an account that was set up for me when I was a child, with 60 dollars of savings in it. I opened my mail today, and I was charged "inactivity fees" that amounted to 30 dollars. I called the number, and they told me that it was my fault for not keeping an eye on my account, and that I should have been checking it. Checking for what? To see if they were stealing my money?
