I called Winnebago community c.u. on a Friday at 4:30 I got a real person to talk to and was able to get all my mortgage questions answered. I eventually switched to WCCU and refinanced my home and car lone. I saved over $20,000 . This was one of my best financial decision .
I been with this lender for over a decade and I do not know what happened to this bank. Their lending department have totally went from excellent service to total disaster. I have always lend from this lender and who know what happened, they have been slacking in customer service. Don't expect to get any call back and don't expect any great customers service if you're not in the lobby.
