We were visiting Oshkosh and needed a bike repair. These guys were terrific helping to get our bike done before we needed to leave.
Pedro did an excellent job showing me around to all the different types of bikes and accessories. Very friendly and helpful staff!
I brought my 4 year old and his hand-me-down bike in to see if it was still the right fit for him. I was fully prepared to purchase a new bike if needed. The employee who helped us (I wish I had caught his name) was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. Instead of trying to sell us a new bike, he encouraged us to have our kid ride his current bike a little while longer before sizing up.
