I have not received responses for over a month by sending many emails to Renee. I called the office this week but no one answers the past two days. There seems to be no voice mail box and I let it ring until Verizon says the person is not available, which I have done this with both their phone numbers. I sent them a certified letter over two weeks ago that shows someone picked it up on 4/8/26. I do not live local to be able to drive by to see if they are still there.
