Horrible customer service as far as lottery goes. The woman didn’t know how to do multiple draws and gave me several tickets for the same day. And the man (Not Dan) argued with me about my app saying “two free tickets” and said it was only one ticket. I had to tell him it was one ticket, two draws. He was a jerk and said “I’ve never had a customer want to see the ticket back after I paid it.” Plus he told me to scan the ticket myself but he was standing in front of the machine.
